How do I book a remap or service?

You can book a time and date slot directly via our website on the Book Appointment page, call us, or message us on social media. We’ll confirm your slot, answer any questions, and send all necessary details before your appointment.

Is there a warranty on the remap?

Yes, all remaps come with a lifetime software warranty. If your remap needs reapplying due to updates, resets, or ECU replacements, we’ll re-install it free of charge (proof of original remap required).

Will a remap affect my car's warranty or MOT?

Some manufacturers may void powertrain warranties after tuning. We recommend checking with your dealer. However, our remaps are MOT-safe and within legal emission parameters unless otherwise discussed.

How long is the turnaround time?

Most remaps are completed within 1 hour, including full health checks and testing. More complex services may take longer—we’ll always keep you informed.
